Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across the Sydney metro area from our Wetherill Park depot. Local Western Sydney suburbs (Fairfield, Liverpool, Smithfield, Merrylands and surrounds) are Zone A. Greater Western Sydney (Parramatta, Blacktown, Bankstown, Campbelltown, Penrith and Sutherland Shire) is Zone B. Eastern and Northern Sydney (Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Northern Beaches) is Zone C. See our delivery areas page for full details. Contact us for regional or interstate enquiries.
Standard delivery is free for orders over $150 within the Sydney metro area. For orders under $150, a flat delivery fee of $12.95 applies. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is an additional $15. Delivery costs for bulk materials are calculated individually based on your location and order size.
Local Western Sydney (Zone A): 1–2 business days. Greater Western Sydney (Zone B): 2–3 business days. Eastern & Northern Sydney (Zone C): 3–5 business days. Bulk material deliveries are scheduled directly with our team and typically delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your zone and availability.
Yes! Click & Collect is free and your order is typically ready the same day. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout and we'll send you the collection instructions. Our yard is located in Wetherill Park, NSW 2164 and is open Mon–Fri 7am–5pm and Sat 7am–3pm.

Bulk Orders

The minimum order for bulk yard materials is 1 cubic metre (or 1 tonne for materials sold by weight). There is no maximum β€” we regularly supply large landscaping projects, developers and councils.
At a depth of 75mm (recommended for weed suppression), 1 cubic metre of mulch covers approximately 13mΒ². At 50mm depth, 1mΒ³ covers approximately 20mΒ². Use our coverage calculator on each bulk material card to estimate your exact requirements.
Add materials to your bulk quote basket, then submit the form with your delivery address and preferred dates. Our team will contact you within 2 business hours to confirm pricing (which may vary based on your location), confirm stock availability, and schedule delivery. You'll be invoiced separately for bulk orders.
Yes β€” please describe your site access in the quote form (tight driveway, overhead wires, weight limits, gates, etc.). Our team will advise on the most suitable truck size. In some cases a crane-truck or smaller vehicle may be needed, which may affect pricing.

Products

The majority of our soil mixes, mulches and composts are locally blended in NSW. Natural stone and pebble products are sourced from both Australian and international suppliers. We aim to source locally wherever quality and price allow.
Yes. Our Compost & Worm Castings, Sugar Cane Mulch and Vegie & Herb Mix are suitable for organic growing. Always check individual product descriptions or call us for specific certifications.
If a product is out of stock, the "Add to Cart" button is replaced with a "Notify Me" option β€” enter your email and we'll contact you when it's back. For urgent requirements, please call us and we'll advise on alternatives or estimated restock dates.

Trade Accounts

Trade accounts are available for landscapers, landscape architects, builders, developers, local councils, parks departments, sporting clubs and other businesses with regular landscaping supply needs. You'll need a valid ABN and an estimated monthly spend of $500 or more.
Benefits include: discounted pricing (typically 10–20% off retail), 30-day invoice terms, priority delivery scheduling, a dedicated account manager, consolidated monthly invoicing, and access to our full bulk yard catalogue at preferential rates.
Apply via the Trade Accounts page. Fill in the application form with your ABN, business details and typical monthly spend. We'll review and respond within 2 business days.

Payment

Online orders are processed securely through Square and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bulk order payments are arranged directly with our team and can be made by bank transfer, credit card or (for trade accounts) 30-day invoice terms.
Yes. All online payments are processed by Square, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Square is trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unopened products in original condition can be returned for a full refund (less delivery costs). If we delivered the wrong product or there's a quality issue, we'll arrange collection and a full refund at no cost to you.
