The terms that apply when you use this website or place an order with Urban Landscape Supplies.

These terms govern your use of urbanlandscapesupplies.com.au and any orders you place with Urban Landscape Supplies Pty Ltd (ABN: 89 667 657 785), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We try to keep prices, descriptions and stock levels accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to change pricing or availability at any time before your order is accepted.
Product photos are representative. Natural materials (sand, soil, mulch, pebbles, gravel) vary in colour and texture between batches.
When you place an order through the website:
We deliver across the Sydney metropolitan area. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. We'll be in touch within one business day of your order to arrange a delivery time. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged or short, please contact us within 48 hours so we can sort it out.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Bulk landscape materials (sand, soil, mulch, gravel, pebbles) are non-returnable once delivered for hygiene and practical reasons, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. If something isn't right with your delivery, please call us straight away on 1300 872 267.
A quote request submitted through the website is a request for pricing only — it isn't a binding order. We'll come back to you with a confirmed price and lead time, and an order is only placed once you accept the quoted price.
Trade applications are subject to approval. If approved, separate trade terms (including any agreed credit terms) will apply alongside these terms. Trade pricing is confidential and may not be shared.
The website, its content, branding, photography and design are owned by or licensed to Urban Landscape Supplies Pty Ltd. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product or service we supply is limited to (at our choice) replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any changes. Material changes will be flagged on the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
